Nicholas Raczyk

Nick is excited about being a member of the Danahy Real Estate team and continuing the firm's reputation of providing superior real estate services. He is passionate about showcasing Buffalo's great homes and matching the right people with the right house. Nick understands the real estate process can be complicated and emotional for clients, and therefore makes himself very accessible to review and to discuss their concerns. He looks forward to working with you on your next real estate transaction. Nick’s experience is beyond just real estate sales, as he has successfully completed several house “flips”, and has designed and managed everything from small kitchen make-overs to whole-house renovations. Combined with his previously holding a home inspector’s license, Nick has strong knowledge of housing fundamentals. Further, Nick has very good vision for a home’s potential, and has often consulted past clients with layout/design ideas. Nick is a graduate of Erie Community College with an Associates of Applied Sciences in Construction Technology, and holds a Bachelor's of Environmental Design and a Masters of Urban Planning – both from the University at Buffalo. Nick is a former member of American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), American Planning Association (APA), and Urban Land Institute (ULI). Nick enjoys playing hockey, brewing beer, and attending Buffalo's great events throughout the region's wondrous four seasons. He resides in Tonawanda with his wife and two children.
