Born and raised on the west coast of Ireland, Clare O’Connell brings international executive-level experience, entrepreneurial leadership and a unique background in residential transition management to Western New York real estate.

Before establishing her businesses in Buffalo, Clare spent more than a decade working internationally as a Personal/Executive Assistant for global business leaders. That experience shaped the way she works today: anticipating needs, navigating complexity, communicating with confidence and ensuring every detail is carried through from start to finish..

Clare is the founder of The Irish Organizer and Next Chapter Navigators, through which she has managed residential transitions of all sizes. From organizing and downsizing to estate clean-outs, relocations, vendor coordination and preparing homes for sale.
